You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner (or authorized representative of the legal owner) of any property you submit through the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Site allows you to request a non-binding cash offer for your property. Any offer, estimate, or communication we provide is preliminary and is not a binding offer to purchase real estate. A legally binding agreement is formed only when both parties execute a written purchase agreement.
We are not a licensed real estate broker, licensed attorney, tax advisor, or lender. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or real-estate-brokerage advice. You are encouraged to consult your own professionals before entering into any real estate transaction.
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You may not submit information for a property you do not own or have no authority to sell. We rely on the information you provide when evaluating your property and preparing an offer.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANDO BUYS HOUSES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO OBLIGATIONS UNDER AN EXECUTED WRITTEN PURCHASE AGREEMENT, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THAT AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mando Buys Houses LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) any false or misleading information you submit through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at the email address below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. This provision does not apply to claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mando Buys Houses LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements. Any executed written purchase agreement between you and Mando Buys Houses LLC is a separate agreement and takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict regarding the transaction itself.
